The Witch and the Wind
A woman contacted me for deliverance, and we met in a private “upper room” of a community building where I lived.
The woman arrived and began to tell me that not only had she been a witch, but also that her parents were a witch and a warlock. She grew up attending and participating in all kinds of ceremonies of the coven.
She had married a warlock and had a daughter. When she had the baby, she did not want her to go through what she had gone through, so she left her husband with the baby. She became a Christian. Her ex-husband had been giving her all kinds of problems through his witchcraft, mainly financially and physically with her health.
By this time her daughter was a teenager. She wanted her to have deliverance also, but the girl refused and stayed in the car.
I started ministering, and she was having much deliverance. After a while, I started hearing wind outside. This weather was unexpected, so it was strange. I continued to minister, but the wind grew stronger, so much so that my friend, who had come to minister with me, went to a window to see what was going on. We eventually joined her at the window.
I saw a lot of broken branches strewn about and even a small tree uprooted and laying on the ground. It was not normal! I commanded the wind to stop in the name of Jesus and it stopped.
The woman was very disturbed and said, “This was from my husband. He knew where I was, so he sent this storm.” She left in a hurry. It looks like witches have demonic GPS to know where someone is.
When I went out to my car, I saw another uprooted tree in the corner of the parking lot and much debris. However, across the street it looked normal, and so it was all the way home. So the strong wind was localized only around our building.
Dr. Marcus Haggard, a pastor and very anointed deliverance minister, wrote in one of his publications that where a Christian outdoor meeting is announced, witches promptly conjure rain over it. We know already certain cultures have rain dances, so it’s no surprise that the local covens can also conjure rain. It looks like they can send wind also, and we can make all that work null and void in the name of Jesus.
Jesus had power over the wind:
He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. (Mark 4:39)
And even before Jesus, in the Old Testament, Elijah had power over the rain:
Now Elijah the Tishbite, from Tishbe[a] in Gilead, said to Ahab, “As the Lord, the God of Israel, lives, whom I serve, there will be neither dew nor rain in the next few years except at my word.” (1 Kings 17:1)
If you are a believer, deliver!
